Delmar Enterprises Ltd. understands the responsibilities associated with good Internet citizenship. Protecting the privacy rights of other Internet citizens is important to us. This involves both respecting individual preferences and promoting long-lasting customer relationships. We are completely against and actively discourage unsolicited e-mail ("Spam").

Maintaining our email recipients' privacy is one of our main concerns. We address this by requiring that each email message sent by our servers includes an easy way for the recipients to remove themselves from the list. In the event that a recipient cannot easily remove him or herself, our staff is available to remove that person from further email communications.

Definition of Spam

"Spam", as used in this policy, means any unsolicited email, generally received as part of a mass mailing or sent to an inappropriate list. Spam is also considered to be any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person via email without his or her prior consent or permission.

Spam Examples:

1. An email message sent to a recipient that does not contain a way for the recipient to opt-out or request that future mailings not be sent to them.
   
   
2. Any email message sent to recipients who have not had any prior association with the organization, or did not agree to be sent email messages by the organization or their partners as mentioned in the opt-in/out information.

Opt-in/out email Examples:

1. Any occurrence in which an individual subscribes to an email list.
   
   
2. Bulk email messages that are sent to an organization's customers in which those customers are given the opportunity to opt-out of future mailings (as long as the customer did not opt-out in the past).
