Day 5:Today, you may consider a visit to the remarkable archaeological site of Knossos, the center of the Minoan civilization and home of the mythical Minotaur kept by King Minos. For the active type, a hike in the Samaria Gorge.
Day 6: Day at leisure to relax at your hotel or explore the island – the largest in Greece.
Day 7:Today, transfer to the airport for your flight to the Dodecanese island of Rhodes, where you will spend three days at leisure. Rhodes is one of the most visited islands in Greece because of its plentiful beaches, archaeological sites and extensive medieval town. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Day 8:Choose to spend today enjoying Rhodes’ stunning beaches or driving around the island to view its picturesque villages, including Lindos with its centuries-old Acropolis, proudly overlooking the Aegean Sea.
