TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $350 per person is due within 7 days of final confirmation. Additional deposits may be required for Greek domestic airfare, ferry tickets & custom tours. Some hotels may require 50% deposit upon making reservation.

Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Reservations made within 21 days of departure must be paid in full by certified check and will be assessed a handling fee of $25.00 per person to expedite such reservation.

Reservations not paid by due date will automatically be cancelled. Forms of payment accepted by Greek Honeymoon are check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Money Order. A completed credit card authorization form will be required if paying by credit card.

ACCEPTANCE:
Payment of deposit or full payment shall be deemed as consent by the passenger to the terms and conditions of Greek Honeymoon and its corporate parent Delmar Enterprises LTD.

Unused or partially used vouchers are non-refundable. Delmar Enterprises & Greek Honeymoons’ responsibility is to ensure proper reservations. Tour services are furnished by independent contractors not owned by Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon. The responsibility of delivering service rests entirely with the providers of the service. Please contact Greek Honeymoon immediately if you have any problems on your trip. We will intervene to ensure your satisfaction. Acceptance of any tour package from Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon shall release Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon from responsibility in any way for any injury or liability arising from the performance of, or failure to perform, such services.

CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION:
United States citizens require a valid passport only. It is suggested that all other participants check with the appropriate Consulates to determine if any visas are required. Passengers requiring a Schengen visa must have a multi entry Schengen visa. Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon does not accept responsibility if a traveler is denied entry into Greece.

PASSENGER NAME:
Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the confirmation and their travel documents exactly match the first and last name written in their passport. Any name change may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of rebooking and rebooking fees may be assessed to expedite such changes.

AIRLINES & FERRIES:
Once issued, tickets are nonrefundable for airlines & ferry companies. Airline & Ferry schedules are subject to change without notice. Airlines & Ferries reserve the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets. If full payment is not received, seats will be cancelled by the airline or Ferry Company may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights, scheduled departure or at the same fare. Any replacement air arrangements and ferry departures will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.

HOTELS:
Hotels accommodations will be provided in accordance with the published package or category selected for a custom request. We reserve the right substitute hotels of equal category. All rooms are twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless an upgraded category has been requested and paid for. Rooms will be assigned at the sole discretion of hotel management. Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon and its suppliers will make every effort to meet your room requirements.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
We will be happy to advise hotels, airlines and cruises lines of any special requests, provided we receive the request at time of booking. Requests cannot be guaranteed and will be honored at the sole discretion of travel suppliers utilized.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS:
Any changes made to a reservation after the deposit and/or final payment has been received by Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon, up to 60 days prior to departure, will incur a fee of $50.00 per change per person plus any additional costs the change may incur. Changes made within 59 days of departure and before tour documents are issued will incur a $100.00 fee per change per person plus any additional costs the change may incur. Changes made after tour documents are issued are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A change of destination constitutes a cancellation and will be subject to 100% cancellation fees.

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
The following cancellation fees will be charged per person in addition to the cost of any Ferry Boat or Domestic Air Tickets which have been issued:

• 60 days or more before departure: $350.00
• 59 to 45 days before departure: $500.00
• 44 to 34 days before departure: $750.00
• 33 to 26 days before departure: 60% of total tour cost
• 25 to 15 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

All Cancellations must be received by Greek Honeymoon prior to travel date in writing. In order to receive a refund, all documents must be returned to Greek Honeymoon. There are no refunds on unused tour vouchers, sightseeing or partially used vouchers.

Ferry Boat Tickets and domestic Airline Tickets are non-refundable once issued. Select Hotels may incur 50% to 100% Cancellation fee once reserved.

No refunds will be considered until all documents are returned to Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon. Additional Comprehensive Insurance is highly recommended to protect you against these fees if cancellation is due to a covered reason. Please ask your Reservation Agent for more details.

TRAVEL PROTECTION & INSURANCE:
Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive trip insurance. For more information please visit our website or consult an insurance company of your own choice.

REFUND PROCESS:
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Greek Honeymoon and its corporate parent Delmar Enterprises Ltd., within 15 days of trip Cancellation. Processing of any potential refund will take from four to six weeks from the date Greek Honeymoon receives relevant documents.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS AFTER DEPARTURE:
Once the tour commences NO REFUND will be made for unused features or voluntary modifications made by the tour participant. There will be no refunds for unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance fees and accommodations

RESPONSIBILITY:
Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents or illness while on tour or for any type of trip interruption. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DELAY, CHANGE OF SCHEDULES, ILLNESS, WEATHER, STRIKES, HOSTILITIES, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT REQUISITION OF HOTEL SPACE, OR ANY OTHER REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE TOUR OPERATOR OR TRAVEL AGENT, SHALL BE BORNE BY THE PASSENGER. TOUR OPERATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE HOTELS OF SIMILAR CATEGORY IF NECESSARY AND TO ALTER ITINERARIES.

DELMAR ENTERPRISES LTD. and Greek Honeymoon and/or their cooperating selling agents and/or their suppliers of services offer these tours for sale only on the express understanding that they themselves do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance of the individual components (transfers, hotels, flights, car, motor coaches, etc.) of these tours and act only to combine these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of the general public, and are not responsible therefore, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, accident, or injury which may result from any act, omission, negligence in or responsible for performing or providing these component services. The transportation companies concerned take no responsibility for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not aboard their conveyances. The passage contract issued by the transportation company shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation company and the passenger.

SURCHARGES & HOLIDAYS:
During some holidays and special event periods, services may require a surcharge, be completely non-refundable and/or require immediate full payment. During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon reserve the right in our discretion, to substitute carrier, aircraft, charter flight for scheduled flight, cruise line, entertainment, hosts, entertainers, hotels, restaurants, party & banquet locations, or other accommodations including scheduled tours.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Final documents are mailed, provided we have full payment 21 to 14 days prior to departure date. Should final payment be received fewer than 30 days prior to departure, a $20 overnight mail fee will be charged and must be paid prior to documents being released. Delmar Enterprises Ltd. & Greek Honeymoon is not responsible for lost or stolen documents.

RETURNED CHECKS:
A $30 one time fee will be assessed for each returned Check from the bank.
